At Darklord Collections, all sales are considered final.
Due to the limited nature of many of our products, including exclusive releases, signed items and collectible merchandise, we are unable to offer cancellations, returns or refunds after an order has been completed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details, including product selection, quantities and shipping information, prior to completing checkout.
In rare circumstances, Darklord Collections may review requests for exceptions at its sole discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, and any approved exception will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
