Shipping & Refund Policy
- In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days
- Orders with preorder items ship once all items are available
- We do not split or combine shipments after checkout
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and handled by the carrier
- Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information
All sales are final. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the seller and may or may not be approved, except where required by law.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or normal condition variance.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Approved claims may be resolved with replacement, store credit, or refund.
Customer service is available Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM (PST). Responses may take up to 72 hours.
