1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Darklord Collections, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Shipping and Return & Refund Policies.
If you do not agree, do not use this site.
2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities
- Cancel orders due to inventory errors
- Refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse
Product descriptions, images, and release dates are provided by publishers and may change without notice.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
We reserve the right to:
- Adjust pricing at any time
- Correct pricing errors after an order is placed
Orders may be canceled if pricing errors occur.
Payment is due at the time of purchase, including for preorder items.
4. Preorders
Preorders are charged at checkout.
- Release dates are controlled by publishers and may change
- Orders containing preorder items ship once all items are available
- Preorders may not be canceled.
5. Shipping
Shipping timelines and policies are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Monitoring tracking once the order is shipped
We are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues once the package is in transit.
6. Returns & Refunds
All return and refund matters are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
All sales are considered final. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Darklord Collections, except where required by law.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
We reserve the right to:
- Dispute chargebacks that conflict with our policies
- Provide order records, delivery confirmation, and communications as evidence
- Refuse future service to customers who abuse chargeback processes
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the site for fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Abuse, threaten, or harass staff
- Attempt to manipulate orders, inventory, or pricing
Violation may result in account restrictions or order cancellation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, branding, images, and text, is the property of Darklord Collections or its licensors.
Use without permission is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Darklord Collections shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays caused by carriers or third parties
- Publisher-related changes to products
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Darklord Collections from any claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the site
- Violation of these Terms
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Return & Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final once shipped.
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Darklord Collections, except where required by applicable law.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Expected condition variance within collectible standards
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Provide:
- Order number
- Photos of packaging
- Photos of the item
3. Condition Standards
The following are not considered damage:
- Minor print or manufacturing imperfections
- Publisher defects outside our control
- Condition variance within standard collectible grading ranges (generally 9.2 or better)
4. Non-Returnable Items
Not eligible for return (unless required by law):
- Graded/slabbed items
- Limited or high-value collectibles
- Claims submitted after 48 hours
5. Approved Claims
If approved, we will provide:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund
Resolution is determined at our discretion.
6. Refund Terms
- Refunds are not guaranteed
- Issued to original payment method when applicable
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error
7. Chargebacks & Abuse
We reserve the right to:
- Deny invalid claims
- Dispute chargebacks
- Refuse future service for abuse
8. Customer Service
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (PST)
- Responses within up to 72 hours
All inquiries must be submitted through our website.
9. California Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under California law, including rights related to defective or misrepresented goods.

Policies may be updated at any time.
