Return and Refund Policy
All sales are considered final.
Refunds are at the sole discretion of the seller and may or may not be approved, except where required by law.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Expected condition variance within normal collectible standards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the packaging
- Clear photos of the item
Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.
What Qualifies as Damage
The following are not considered damage:
- Minor print or manufacturing imperfections
- Publisher defects outside of our control
- Condition variance within standard collectible grading ranges (generally 9.2 or better)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless required by law:
- Graded books
- High-value or limited items
- Items reported outside of the 48-hour claim window
Approved Claims
If a claim is approved, we will provide a resolution consistent with applicable law. This may include:
- Replacement (if available)
- Store credit
- Refund to the original form of payment
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the situation.
Refunds
- Refunds are not guaranteed
- Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error
Chargebacks & Abuse
We reserve the right to:
- Deny claims that do not meet policy requirements
- Refuse service to customers who abuse return, refund, or chargeback processes

Customer service is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST).
Responses may take up to 72 hours (3 business days). Most inquiries are answered sooner, but during high-volume periods, please allow the full response window.
All claims and inquiries must be submitted through our website.
